I rarely "Xanga" that much anymore, but do make an attempt to check in every now and then, and even post something or other at least once or twice a month. Saw your username just now (pats heart, points to you.) and decided to at least make a short visit.
Great thoughts as always. I read three or four of your entries on this page.
You mentioned you are working a lot and have a healthy "perspective" (to use the theme of the post on which I'm commenting.) I just turned 59 and seem to be working more than ever. That's a good thing, because in the industrial electrical industry, if we're not busy, then we're not selling panels, and if we're not selling panels, then we're in danger of going under like so many small businesses have been lately.
My life "perspective" has always been pretty all encompassing. However I've recently added a physical exercise regimen, so my body is getting a work out as well as my mind. Lost 45 pounds, and I'm working out with free weights. (The pool in our mobile home park gets a good work out from me too.)
Nice to see you're still "around" here and posting on Xanga.
@papertruth - I think change is suppose to shake us up. It is a cross road to bravely walk through even if we're feeling a bit fearful with each step. The inner strength gets stronger when we back it up with our heart, our intuition, our thoughtfulness, our drive to evolve. (pats heart and points to you) I have a favorite saying: Speak your mind even if your voice shakes. It reminds me to move forward toward my best self.
