Who Makes It Happen?
I was thinking about how the changes in me have been a work in progress. My inner calm, my pause before responding, my laughing at the silliness of of something I use to make such a big deal.
Keep it simple and "right now" doesn't come without a price to pay. Each day you add to the "flow of your go", and that takes some thought and making a choice about how you approach the bits of life coming at you from all corners at times.. We create our wonder with these choices. I personally love how a slow and happy smile comes to my face as I make a slice of peace within myself. It feels good. In the end we can find the beauty in ourselves and know that when shared, we've given a gift that will go on and on and on.
Good progress to you too, Xangaland. (pats heart, and points to you)

You, Lovey are such a gift to us all. MUAH.
xxxooo
You give such a lovely gift, a wonderful piece of yourself when you share here. Your inner calm is something we all can feel. Good to see you again.
Your inner calm is wonderful, Lyne -- as is your ability to process before jumping in. Love you!!!

I practice out there and bring it to "what's next" . Thank you for the loving support.
@Jaynebug - I hope all is well "out there!"
I have been trying to find that balance and most days I am good and all is well. Then there are days... Luckily I believe each day is a clean slate and I can start fresh. Peace to you!
@slmret - It's a roller coaster ride Janet, but I'm strapped in and ready to ride it out every single day.
:)
@murisopsis - Those are the days that we have to look for the total "ridiculousness" in it all. I have a client that laughs when she's afraid and sings wonderful old song to express herself. We can get as wierd as we want all in the name of survival Val. Yay!
@Jaynebug - Day by day is the only way to maneuver a roller coaster -- glad you're strapped in!
the flow has currents but yipee good to read you JB ~~~
@mag_1 - Yes indeed it does. I'm on this ride even on the days I'm going round those sharp curves. With my eyes wide open.
Oh yes. But, not easily done.
@Inciteful - I don't look for the easy button for life anymore. Finding our best self can be a tough road, but the end results are so worth the trip.
If we could all be the master of our destinies and the flow of karma. I like your message Lynn. I am delighted to see you after such a long time. You always come up with soul searching nuances of life. Love you. Take care.
@ZSA_MD - Thank you Z. You open my heart too.
