Rock Your Harmony
Dancing through the day with harmony on my mind. It comes in many forms. Will I hold it for myself or spread it as I go? When I greet the man in line with a smile right to his eyes will he capture the harmony that I offer and take it into his heart? I'll hold that space for him.
Will the guy across the street feel the stress lift from his shoulders when I send the thought of harmony through a prayer? Will the momma pushing the stroller talking loudly on her cell phone catch the grace of harmony that floats out from my yard. I hear the baby giggle and know it's reached its place for the future.
Share it, hold it in a space for the future, let it shine through a smile. Let your harmony rock this day!

peace or harmony or love it's all the same ,right?
Sweet......!!! <3
I'm sending thoughts of peace and harmony at you! I had read this post at work (I'm so bad) and didn't have a moment to comment. Now that I'm home I just wanted to say that I spent several minutes rummaging in a bin of these rocks at the Christmas Tree Shop. I considered buying a couple but decided to make a couple of my own!
This post had peace written all over it Lyne. Love those stones.
@ZSA_MD - @murisopsis - @Tempguestbrief - @Texasjillcarmel - @Iamsurrounded - @slmret - @mlbncsga - So here's the rest of the story. I woke up with harmony on my mind. I remembered this picture that I took when I was in the town of Harmony that is right up the coast from my place. I went to my laptop and started writing. My husband ask me a question and I waved him off saying that I was almost done, but had to write this before the words left me. When I finished I went to work to plant two bushes (bottle brush) for a client. I went a bit earlier than usual as I wanted to make sure I made it to the noon meditation. With my busy schedule, meditation helps me keep my calm in check. My harmony in place, so to speak. I finished up my work, went to the meditation and sat quietly and let my mind rest. The lady who was leading the meditation for the day begin with the usual gentle words that are part of the daily meditation, but there is always a new idea or thought put into each day. Guess what the new thought was...."Bring harmony to your day" She went on to relate almost the same thing I wrote here. My eyes were closed and the biggest smile filled my face. I'm happily plugged in! Hope you find harmony around each corner of your day!
@Jaynebug - What a wonderful experience! I'm glad you can take the time for meditation -- it's so helpful to relax and think peaceful thoughts when you're so busy! And I LOVE my harmony brick!
@slmret - Love ya, Janet!
@Jaynebug - My niece is moving at the end of the month -- to Los Alamos! I'll probably visit her periodically, and it will be easier to go the rest of the way to visit you !
@slmret - Yay!
Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell someone!
I found a bag of beautiful shells at the thrift store. Wrapped up in plastic. I'm going to add them to the Halloween basket as treats for the eyes. Life's experiences take us off topic all the time and therein lies a gift. Hopefully your daughter will recover and find the beauty of the beach. Maybe give her a nice shell to hold is a good start.
